Location of Bad Elster in Germany

From the north/ west

A9 München - Berlin heading towards Munich until the Bayerisches Vogtland junction and merge onto the A72 heading towards Plauen. Leave the A72 by taking the exit AS Plauen-Süd (Bad Elster) and follow the B92 (E49) and the signs to Bad Elster (distance approx. 20 km). 

From the east

A72 heading towards Plauen. Leave the A72 by taking the exit AS Plauen-Süd (Bad Elster) and follow the B92 (E49) and the signs towards Bad Elster (distance approx. 20 km). 

From the south

On the A9 München - Berlin:  drive heading towards Berlin until the Bayerisches Vogtland junction and merge onto the A72 heading towards Plauen. Leave the A72 by taking the exit AS Plauen-Süd (Bad Elster) and follow the B92 (E49) and the signs to Bad Elster (distance approx. 20 km). 

On the A 93 Regensburg - Hof: Drive  heading towards Hof and leave the A 93 by taking the exit Selb. Then follow the road through  Aš (Czech Republic) heading towards Bad Elster.

There are two official, well-marked parking lots from which you can comfortably reach our venues:

(pay parking at the Albert Bad, approx. 450 spaces)

Königliches Kurhaus - approx. 5 minutes
KunstWandelhalle - ca. 8 minutes
Sächsisches Bademuseum - ca. 8 minutes

• Vogtlandbahn to Bahnhof Bad Elster (train station) (2.5km outside of town)
• Bahnhof Adorf with a connecting bus to Bad Elster
